The 'Perfect Breath'

Over the last 5 weeks I have been attending Ben Wolf’s breathing workshop. One of the main things to come out of this work shop is the “Perfect Breath “ otherwise know as the 6/6 belly breath. This breath if done for 20 minutes a day is said to oxygenate all the cells in your body to their optimum level, encouraging healing.

James Nestor’s book ‘Breath The New Science of a Lost Art’ talks about this and the HUGE importance of nasal breathing. Mouth breathing is so bad for our overall health. If you are interested in knowing more sign up to one of my classes this term.
